How the What-If Simulator Works

Each station (Wok, Fry, Salad, etc.) needs a certain number of trained staff every day. Some stations don't have enough — those show up as HIGH or CRITICAL risk in the table.

The recommendations are the system saying: "If you train this person to work at this station, here's how much better things get." It looks at which stations are struggling, which days are the tightest, and which staff are already available on those days but aren't trained for that station yet.

When you check a box, you're asking: "What would things look like if we actually did this training?" The table at the top recalculates all the numbers as if that person were already qualified.

Check multiple boxes to build a full training plan. The table recalculates with all changes applied together — which matters because two people trained for the same station covering the same day isn't twice as good, they're filling the same gap.
